BELLEVUE CITY COUNCILMEMBER JARED NIEUWENHUIS ANNOUNCES RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN WITH STRONG EARLY SUPPORT

BELLEVUE, WA - Standing with family in a packed room of supporters, Councilmember Jared Nieuwenhuis officially announced his campaign for re-election to the Bellevue City Council, reaffirming his commitment to championing the priorities of Bellevue residents. With strong early endorsements and over $50,000 raised to kick off the election cycle, Jared enters the race as a proven and effective leader with a clear vision for Bellevue’s future.
“Serving as a councilmember has been a tremendous honor, and I am committed to continuing the work of protecting Bellevue’s exceptional quality of life, fostering sustainable growth, and keeping our community safe,” said Jared. “I’m incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support from residents, elected officials, organizations, and community leaders, demonstrating our shared commitment to moving Bellevue forward, while preserving the qualities that make it such a special place.”
Jared launches his re-election bid with early endorsements from prominent organizations such as the Bellevue Police Officers Guild (BPOG), the Eastside Business Alliance, the Bellevue Firefighters IAFF Local 1604, and the Rental Housing Association of Washington. These key endorsements reflect his commitment to policies prioritizing public safety, housing, economic development, and maintaining Bellevue’s exceptional quality of life.
